Step 1: Browse our Inventory

Use the category links on this page to navigate through our extensive collection of rental inventory. You can browse specific items like a sofa, or tables, or browse our curated themed collections. Happy searching!

Step 2: Add Items to the Wishlist

Selecting items for your event is as easy as online shopping, just add them to your cart – also called the “Wishlist” – as you go! You can always see the items in your “Wishlist” by clicking the bowtie icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Step 3: Submit Your Wishlist

When you are ready to submit your Wishlist, click the “Contact & Venue Info” button and complete the form with the details of your event (i.e. event name, date, time, location, contact information) and then send us your list!

Step 4: Confirm and Reserve

Once your Wishlist has been submitted, your Account Manager will reach out to finalize your order. A deposit of 50% of your total rental cost will secure your date and rental items. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before your event. As your event date approaches, your Account Manager will touch base to confirm the details like day-of contact, installation and retrieval times, and answer any outstanding questions that you may have. 

Step 5: Delivery & Return

Your day-of contact can expect a call from our delivery team once they arrive on site for the install. The team will arrive with all of the details needed to ensure your rentals are perfectly placed. Once the event is over, our team will return at the discussed date and time to retrieve all of the items.

What if I don’t see the items or quantities I need?

We are continuously updating and expanding our inventory and quantities! Let us know what you need and we are happy to explore options with you. We are happy to help source items or build a custom fabrication!

Where do you deliver?

Our headquarters are located in Denver, Colorado, but we travel regionally, nationally, and globally! When delivering outside of the Denver metro area, there will be higher delivery fees to cover the cost of transportation, accommodations, and expenses while on the road.

Do you have a rental minimum?

There is a $2,500 rental minimum for the Denver metro area. A $5,000 rental minimum applies outside of the Denver metro area. These rental minimums do not include delivery and labor fees.

Who can rent your inventory?

Our inventory is available to event industry professionals including wedding planners, event coordinators, corporate planners, and B2B. Our inventory is not currently available to the general public.

How long is a rental period

Rentals rates are based on a 24-hour period. There are discounted rates for longer rental periods.
